What Sublush is
Sublush is a personal wellness app providing AI-generated sleep hypnosis, morning affirmations, subliminal audio, and vision boards personalized to you. It is intended for relaxation, mindset, and personal development purposes only.
Not medical advice
Sublush is not a medical device, therapy tool, or substitute for professional mental health care. Nothing in the app constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified professional.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sublush. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person.
Subscription and payment
Sublush is available on a subscription basis (weekly, monthly, or annual plans). Payment is processed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sublush. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
A free trial, if offered, converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Your content and data
The personalized audios and vision boards generated for you belong to you for personal use. You may not distribute, resell, or commercially exploit content generated by Sublush.
The responses you share during onboarding are processed to generate your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
AI-generated content
Your audios and vision boards are generated by artificial intelligence based on your inputs. Results vary between users. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, shifts in mood, mindset, or life circumstances.
Intellectual property
The Sublush name, logo, app design, and non-personalized content are owned by Teamantics OÜ. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, use it for any unlawful purpose, or share your account with others.
Service availability
We aim for consistent availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Teamantics OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sublush.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you through the app for significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
