Sublush is built on the belief that what you share with us is sacred. This policy explains clearly and honestly what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Who we are

What data we collect
Account data — your email address and, if you use Sign in with Apple, your Apple ID. We need this to count.
Your story — the responses you share during the onboarding conversation: your desires, your fears, what you're working toward. This is used solely to generate your personalized audios and vision board. We do not read it, share it, or use it for advertising.
Your content — the audio scripts and vision board images generated for you, stored so you can access them without regenerating every time.
Usage data — anonymized analytics (via PostHog) about how features are used, to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is linked to these events.
Payment data — subscription status and purchase history are managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We never see or store your card details.

We use your data to: provide and personalize the Sublush experience, manage your subscription, respond to support requests, and improve the app. We do not sell your data. We do not use your personal information for advertising targeting.

We work with carefully selected third-party services to operate Sublush:
Supabase — secure database and file storage (your account data, profile, and generated content)
Anthropic — AI model that generates your personalized scripts (your onboarding responses are processed to create your content)
ElevenLabs — text-to-speech conversion for your audio tracks
fal.ai — AI image generation for your vision board
RevenueCat — subscription and payment management
PostHog — anonymized usage analytics
Apple — authentication and app distribution
Meta — anonymized app event tracking for advertising measurement (only if you grant tracking permission via the ATT prompt)
All providers are contractually obligated to process your data only as instructed and in accordance with applicable law.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (app improvement, security), and your consent (where explicitly requested, e.g. for tracking).
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. Anonymized analytics are retained indefinitely.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@sublush.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data security
Your data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is strictly limited.
Children
Sublush is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
